Hogs Bottom Garden Delights
“With a forty foot long row of raspberry canes to use each year at the BOTTOM of the GARDEN we eventually got fed up with making jam and liqueurs.
So being a chef in a former life, we developed and bottled some salad dressings and fruit vinegars to give to friends and family as presents. This proved a bit of a hit so more flavours were made! At the same time we looked after, repaired and released hedgehogs into the BOTTOM or our garden and the name was born!“
Courtnets Apple Juice

Devonshire Tea
In an ideal world, we would love for “Devonshire Tea” to be grown in Devon, although unfortunately the fact is the UK climate is not conducive to growing tea in anything like the volumes we need to satisfy the demand for “Devonshire Tea”.
The vast majority of the tea consumed around the world is grown between the two “tropics”, and when searching for the perfect blend, we had several key factors in mind, and “boxes” that had to be ticked:
“Devonshire Tea” is our own unique blend of selected leaves of the highest quality from four “Fair Trade” and “100% Rainforest alliance” estates in the Kenyan Highlands.
These Kenyan Estates have acidic soil (from bright red volcanic earth), ideal for tea plants. They enjoy the perfect climate for quality tea growing – high rainfall (at least 60 inches per annum), together with a lot of sunshine to stimulate growth. The Estates are located in the Kenyan Highlands, on the steamy Equator, and benefit from an altitude of over 5,000 ft to ensure hot days and cold nights for perfect growing conditions.
Because of these perfect conditions and total lack of pests that usually attack tea plants in other major Tea Growing areas, “Devonshire Tea” is pesticide free.
It has taken a long time to source the perfect leaves to create the perfect blend that we feel reflects “A Taste of Devon”, although the effort was well worth it and we are sure you will be delighted with the blend we have created.
Enjoy the taste of Devon from the first sip right through to the very last.

Dorset Coffee Company
The Dorset Coffee Company was formed in 1998. Since then they have only selected the highest quality raw coffee and roasted it to perfection.
Situated in the picturesque Frome Valley at Duck Farm, Dorset Coffee roasts in small batches, no timers, no automatic roasts and definitely no computers to control things. Every single coffee is selected and roasted by hand, using sight, sound and smell, this enables our Masteroaster Nigel Green to produce each coffee to the highest standard.
