Situated in Newton Poppleford Busy Lizzies is easy to find, when traveling from any direction.

From the M5 leave the motorway at Junction 30 and turn left onto the A376 Dual Carrageway. At the first roundabout shortly thereafter, go straight on, to the A3052 following the signs heading to Sidmouth. Stay on this road, when you reach Newton Poppleford look for Popplefords Tea Rooms & Restaurant on the left hand side as you come down the hill before you enter the Village itself, Busy Lizzies is located within Popplefords grounds.
